Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

Damaged Items or Printing Errors

If you receive a damaged item or an item with a printing error, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. There are no refunds.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us at hello.allswell.co@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number in your email
  • Attach a clear photo showing the damage or printing error
  • You may keep or donate the damaged item - no need to return it

Once we receive your request with the required photo, we will process your replacement within 15 days.

Please Note

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color differences due to monitor settings
  • Items without proof of damage or printing errors
